The situation
Keepfy is a property management SaaS built by NGI, a Brazilian B2B software company. They had a solid product and a growing customer base, but their organic presence wasn't pulling its weight. The website existed, content existed, but none of it was built with a real strategy behind it. No topic authority. No keyword architecture. No understanding of how AI search engines would evaluate their content.
They needed a partner who understood B2B SaaS, could build a content and positioning strategy from scratch, and actually execute it.
What we did
We started with a full search landscape audit: keyword mapping, competitor content analysis, and a technical SEO review of the site's structure. From there, we built a content strategy designed to do two things simultaneously: rank on Google for high intent keywords in the property management space, and structure content in a way that AI search engines could parse and cite.
We rewrote existing pages, published new articles built around topic clusters, fixed the site's schema markup and internal linking architecture, and set up a publishing system the team could maintain after the engagement.
What happened
Within 90 days, organic clicks increased by 88%. Not vanity traffic. Real clicks from people searching for exactly what Keepfy sells. Organic lead conversion improved by 12%, which means the traffic we brought in was actually converting, not just inflating a dashboard.
The content we built is still ranking and still generating leads months after publication.
