The situation
Regente Imóveis is a real estate agency in Florianópolis with people already on staff who could write. What it did not have was a method: which searches were worth competing for, how to structure a page so it ranks, and what to do in which order.
So it did not hire an agency retainer. In late 2024 it hired consulting.
What we did
We designed the strategy, built the keyword and cluster architecture, taught the method to the in-house team, and handed the process over. From that point on, every article was written by Regente's own people.
What happened
Twenty months later, monthly organic clicks were up 168% and monthly impressions had multiplied by sixteen, with average position improving from 13.5 to 6.6. Across the full window the site accumulated 59,000 clicks and 1.76 million impressions.
Not one backlink was purchased along the way.
This is the case we point to when a prospect says they have an internal team and do not want to outsource. The method outlived the engagement — and kept compounding after we left.
